The project goal was to translate Boden’s iconic physical catalogue into the digital domain, to better represent the brands heritage and values. This shift was designed to drive average order value (AOV) by encouraging full-look discovery directly within the browse journey.

DESIGN APPROACH
I architected a system of flexible, modular templates to support diverse storytelling needs. By building a library of interchangeable component blocks, I enabled the content teams to assemble pages dynamically. This approach balanced creative editorial freedom with the rigour of our design system, ensuring a scalable workflow that allowed for rapid site updates without sacrificing brand consistency.
