​​​​​THE GREAT BIG FRUIT AND VEG CHALLENGE

The campaign for Sainsbury’s Nectar loyalty app to encourage healthy eating of fruit and veg using gamification. This campaign was available to Nectar membership users on all three platforms - iOS, Android, and web in September 2020. Each customer had 3 levels and 6 badges to complete. Assigned fruit and veg portions were based on users' shopping habits. At the end of the challenge, users got data playback where they were able to see how many portions of fruit and veg they consumed during one month.

WHAT I DID
I worked closely with the product owner and stakeholders to define the project's goals and requirements. I collaborated with the design manager and team members to ensure the project followed the overall Nectar app design patterns, organised and conducted multiple usability tests, and developed the look and feel for the new challenge.
