TRANSFORMING PAPER REWARDS TO DIGITAL
This project focused on transforming traditional mail-based loyalty rewards into a digital feature within the John Lewis & Partners App. The goal was to move the physical reward experience into the mobile app, making offers easier for customers to access, track, and redeem.
The feature was first launched on Android in November 2017 and later introduced on iOS in February 2018.

ROLE
Senior Visual Designer
DESIGN APPROACH
I collaborated closely with the UX designer and researcher to define the user journey for discovering and redeeming digital rewards within the app. To support a variety of promotional offers, I designed a flexible set of reward templates that could accommodate different reward types while maintaining a consistent visual structure. This approach ensured the experience remained clear for users while enabling the product team to scale the feature for future campaigns.
