TRANSFORMING PAPER REWARDS TO DIGITAL

The project's aim was to bring the mail based loyalty rewards to the digital domain. The feature was designed for Android first and was released in November 2017. Then ported to iOS, and released in February 2018.

I collaborated with the UX designer and the researcher, to develop the user journey and create a set of reward templates to support a variety of offer types
